We are Conveyancing Quality Scheme accredited with number CQS04338. CQS accreditation gives us access to the majority of lenders panels, so we can most likely take your mortgage instructions, but do check with us or your broker. We do not conduct volume conveyancing and accordingly don't meet the criteria for some lenders.
As a firm with two highly experienced standalone fee-earners taking personal responsibility for every aspect of your file you can be assured of the best service available. Instructing us couldn't be easier. Every new client must complete a two-page Anti Money-Laundering (AML) Questionnaire (which we will email to you) and supply certified ID (photographic and proof of address) which you can pop in and have us certify if you are local, or you can arrange this with your local Post Office if you are further afield, or we can charge you a small fee (c. £15 - £20) to verify your identity online if you are very far away or abroad or if this is more convenient for you.
We operate from fully equipped accessible offices in the heart of the county town of Somerset, moments from a large public carpark with easy access to Junction 25 of the M5. Taunton is a growing garden town/city with many attractive open spaces, pubs and restaurants to eat at or just enjoy a cup of coffee.
